COOKIE POLICY

  • Persistent Cookies – files placed and read from the User’s Device by the Service or External Services until they are manually deleted. The files are not automatically deleted after the end of the Device session unless the User’s Device is configured to delete Cookie files after the end of the Device session.

§ 3 SECURITY

  • Storage and reading mechanisms – The storage and reading mechanisms of Cookies do not allow for the download of any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device. It is practically impossible to transfer viruses, trojans, and other worms to the User’s Device.
  • Internal Cookies – The Internal Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for Users’ Devices
  • External Cookies – The Administrator is not responsible for the security of Cookie files originating from the partners of the Administrator. The list of partners is provided later in the Cookie Policy.

§ 4 PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIE FILES ARE USED

  • Statistical data – The Administrator and External Services use Cookie files to collect and process statistical data such as visit statistics, User Device statistics, or user behavior statistics. These data are collected for analysis and improvement of the Service.
  • Social services – The Administrator and External Services use Cookie files to support social services

The Administrator cooperates with the following external services that may place Cookie files on the User’s Devices:

§ 6 OPTIONS FOR DETERMINING CONDITIONS FOR STORING AND ACCESSING USER DEVICES BY THE SERVICE AND EXTERNAL SERVICES

  • Users can independently change settings related to the storage, deletion, and access to data saved in Cookie files at any time.

  • Users can delete all Cookie files saved so far at any time using the tools of the User’s Device through which the User uses the Service.

§ 7 DISCLAIMER

  • The Administrator takes all possible measures to ensure the security of data placed in Cookie files. However, it should be noted that ensuring the security of this data depends on both parties, including the User’s activity and the security status of the device used.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for intercepting data contained in Cookie files, impersonating the User’s session, or deleting them due to the conscious or unconscious activity of the User, viruses, trojans, and other spyware that may infect the User’s Device.
  • Users, to protect themselves from the threats mentioned in the previous point, should adhere to cybersecurity principles on the Internet.
  • Services provided by third parties are beyond the control of the Administrator. These entities may change their terms of service, purpose, and use of cookie files at any time. The Administrator is not responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for the operation of cookie files used by partner services. Users can independently manage permissions and cookie file settings for any website at any time.

§ 8 SERVICE REQUIREMENTS

  • Limiting the storage and access to Cookie files on the User’s Device may cause some functions of the Service to malfunction.
  • The Administrator is not responsible for the improper functioning of Service functions if the User restricts in any way the ability to store and read Cookie files.

§ 9 CHANGES TO THE COOKIE POLICY

  • The Administrator reserves the right to change this Cookie Policy at any time without the need to inform users.
  • Any changes to the Cookie Policy will always be published on this page.
  • The changes become effective on the day of publication of the Cookie Policy.
