Privacy and Cookie Policy

Effective from 2 November 2026.

This policy explains what personal data we process when you use www.strefa44.com (the “Website”), why, on what legal basis and what rights you have. It also describes the cookies and similar technologies used on the Website.

§ 1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is STREFA44 spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością, ul. Sosnowa 44, 21-205 Jabłoń, Poland, entered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001206878, NIP (tax ID) 5391519593, REGON 543380290 (the “Controller”, “we”).

§ 2. Purposes and legal bases

• Contact form and quote requests – we process the data you enter (first and last name, phone, e-mail, message, selected services) to reply and prepare an offer. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (our legitimate interest in handling correspondence). Providing data is voluntary, but we cannot reply without it.
• E-mail and phone contact – when you contact us directly. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Protecting forms against spam and abuse – using hCaptcha. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (security of the Website).
• Operating and securing the Website – including server logs. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
• Visit statistics (Google Analytics 4) – only with your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
• Marketing and remarketing (Meta Pixel) – only with your consent. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with Art. 399 of the Polish Electronic Communications Law.
• Displaying Google Maps – only after consenting to “Functional” cookies or clicking “Show map”. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
• Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims – where necessary. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

§ 3. How long we keep data

• Contact form and correspondence data – for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, and then until any related claims become time-barred. If you become our customer, for the period required by the contract and the law (e.g. tax law).
• Data processed on the basis of consent – until you withdraw it (or until the cookie expires, see § 8).
• Data processed on the basis of legitimate interest – until you successfully object or the interest ceases.

§ 4. Recipients

Your data may be disclosed, only to the extent necessary, to entities that support us in running the Website and our business:

• our hosting and e-mail provider,
• the company providing website maintenance and technical support,
• Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics 4, Google Maps) – with your consent,
• Meta Platforms Ireland Limited (Meta Pixel) – with your consent,
• Intuition Machines, Inc. (hCaptcha) – when you use the forms,
• BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia (Bunny Fonts – form fonts, no cookies),
• where necessary: accounting and legal advisers, and public authorities where required by law.

§ 5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Google, Meta and Intuition Machines (hCaptcha) may also process data in the United States. Such transfers rely on the European Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-US Data Privacy Framework) for certified companies, or on the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.

§ 6. Your rights

You have the right to:

• access your data and obtain a copy,
• rectification,
• erasure,
• restriction of processing,
• data portability (where processing is based on consent or a contract),
• object to processing based on legitimate interest,
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal – you can change cookie consents via “Cookie settings” in the footer,
• lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

We do not make decisions producing legal effects based solely on automated processing. If you accept marketing cookies, Meta may use information about your visits to tailor ads on its platforms.

§ 7. Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies are small text files stored on your device; browser storage (localStorage) works in a similar way. We use them in four categories:

• Necessary – required for the Website to work and to remember your choices. Always active; no consent required.
• Functional – displaying Google Maps on the contact page.
• Analytics – visit statistics (Google Analytics 4).
• Marketing – ad measurement and remarketing (Meta Pixel).

On your first visit we show a banner where you can accept all categories (“Accept”), reject them (“Reject”) or choose categories (“Customize”). Functional, analytics and marketing scripts do not run until you consent. You can change or withdraw your decision at any time via the Cookie settings link in the footer; when you withdraw consent, we delete the cookies of that category.

You can also delete and block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may affect how the Website works.

§ 8. List of cookies and tools

Users logged in to the admin panel (staff and technical support only) additionally receive technical WordPress cookies (wordpress_*, wp-settings-*).

Fonts are served from our own server, except the contact-form fonts, which are loaded from Bunny Fonts (BunnyWay d.o.o., EU) without cookies.

§ 9. Links to other websites

The Website links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles and to the E-Rozrys system. Once you follow these links, their operators’ privacy policies apply. The links themselves do not send any data before you click them.

§ 10. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the law or the tools used on the Website change. The current version, with its effective date, is always available on this page.
